Grace & Kin was an entirely new brand launch and it was great to have Sophie with us from the start. As an online only DTC brand our website and packaging are the only touch points with the customer so it is essential to have both aspects seamlessly reflect each other. Sophie’s fantastic attention to detail enabled us to create a great customer experience at every stage. From how the customer receives their order, to the texture of the product backing, to designing our line of keepsake cards, Sophie has provided us with a beautiful solution that is also scalable.
