Where We Helped

BRAND IDENTITY

We were so excited when the plans for this cabin landed in our our inbox and Hannah outlined her brief, I instantly could visualise what this cabin would look like, and so thrilled to be asked to create the identity.
It was important that the brand identity aligned with the physical cabin which was not built yet, we created mood boards and had conversations about the structure & interior style & finishes. My heat leapt when I was told the cabin was to be cladded in blackened wood, and throughout the interior they would be mixing natural, raw and luxury finishes with a clean and minimal feel. Big neutral walls with huge windows that will draw your attention to the ever-changing landscapes of Skye, connecting you always to the outside.
We created the branding with a limited palette to reflect the colour scheme of the interior. We used a simplified cabin illustration for the brand icon, using slats of wood to mimic the exterior cladding, treated with a blackened tree print pattern. The typography was refined and modern, timeless and clean.
